i have no clue why this popped up from a podcast video about Australia but I watched the whole thing cus WTF

what bugs me too is how the game brought his dad back in his life after 30 years of him just disappearing out of thin air from him and his family then he said wayne brady was the guy who found him to bring him to talk to tommy but then at the end of the movie wayne brady was there shaking everyone's hands proving the game was legit but his dad was never there at the end too... that old man mustve been a real piece of shit to the family in the past i guess without tommy ever knowing it cause he looked up to him still but when tommy told his family he saw his dad and that hes doing fine and shit they all looked at him like wtf lmao idk lol i just watched the movie today so i had to check out what viewers thought on youtube lol

I recently watched this movie, and I was pretty disappointed by the end. They had a really good set up, with a pretty fresh idea with the whole haunted restaurant/rotting food angle. Sadly, they absolutely fumbled the whole horror aspect in the latter half, or even two thirds, of the movie. One of my favourite things about horror is the mystery of what's going on and uncovering it, and really, House of Spoils doesn't really do anything interesting here. The revelation about the witch dying in a tunnel trying to, supposedly, flee from an angry mob doesn't really connect well with the rest of the events. The rabbit cookout at the end doesn't really make any sense either.

Feel almost completely the same as you about the series; particularly enjoy the grounded and realistic story. I just didn't like the overall grim and dark vibe throughout the series. But still love it

My problem with this movie is the same problem I have with a lot of movies based in Europe. It's the way they portray a supposedly European country where people don't know what the internet is, we have old cars and poverty everywhere, and we don't even know what a f*cking neckpillow is. What the heck? The fact that in 2025 there are still movies like this coming out is crazy. Like "don't you dare show America how European countries actually are" 😂

The change in character of the Narcotics Detective from corrupt & cruel to suddenly nice & helpful was unbelievable. Otherwise a decent story & animation.

Star trek 31 movie feel like Suicide Squad in the star trek universe is don't feel like star trek at all

This movie felt like a repurposed pilot episode, tbh...There wasn't enough time for the story itself to breathe and unfold organically. BTW, it's running time was actually 95 minutes, not two hours. Would that it were, we'd have gotten something that had (except for Georgiou) better realized and understood characters in its supporting cast. There were some good individual moments and each one got some shard of their time to shine, but the ensemble didn't work. Their chemistry was flat. And wth was with all that stereo/archetyping of them? That was seven kinds of distracted and distracting B-movie writing. "Star Trek" meets "Guardians Of The Galaxy" meets "Mission" Impossible with a nod to "Men In Black". "I'm Starfleet..." Wot?! Missed opportunities indeed. I suppose they thought they could develop the characters after reducing the cast size in a (maybe?) sequel, but the writers I think, shouldn't have made that assumption. They should have written material for a two hour, two hour plus stand alone film, especially in light of all "Section 31"'s delays... I won't say it's the worst modern Trek ever, but it was a disappointing watch.

Humor on Star Trek is Kirk beaming down to a planet's surface with McCoy and a security team and returning with McCoy.

Without ANY emotional investment into my own opinion (as any and all of my empathic capabilities have been killed off by this stale POS movie)- everyone watching it will know by the end of act I, this is a bad flick no further plot developments could possibly save. Act II is likely to rule my movie charts for most dreadful chore to sit through for the remainder of ´25 (at least I hope so 😉). Act III will disappear into the depths of the galaxy without me ever having layed my eyes on. Anyone remember early 2000s Ballistic Ecks vs Sever with Banderas and Lucy Liu ? Infamous for its degree of misfired suckage. Section 31 gave me the exact same vibes. Still Ballistic owns Section 31 hands down. With swift anticipation skills and pure luck, I`ve managed to avoid most of the certified worst of the worst of 2024. Kraven being one exception, which I`d rate s/t like a 3.5/10. Now, what to give this pile of star dreck* (coincidence or conspiracy ? Or better yet a divine warning message ?!? 🤪 In german that means "dirt", "crud") if compared to the superior spiderverse huntsman ?!? 😖 ..... 2.5 (of 10) and a headache. Shame, as kudos for a good casting director job done are in order. LOVE Michelle ever since Magnificent Warriors and she`d go by Michelle Khan. Anyhoo, this flick was already dead in space by the time they`ve gathered the cast for the table reads.

It would of been an ok start of a series. For a movie tho it was meh. We got to meet everyone and the fight scenes were blah. Could of been much better.

Theres too much plot conviencev(or incompetence by fed officer) in the film. For example: Not immediately knowing you have a satellite phone that you use for work everday Not checking the pilot ID, meeting with him before the flight Not bringing bob and jeff along (what were they doing? Wiping off feces from their hands?) Not requesting a flighter jet escort from the start Not turning on GPS on the satellite phone Not checking on Darryl every few minutes after restraining him Not checking your equipment after the fight Etc

I watched this with dubbing. Great hit show

How can the starve and be dehydrated when food and water are free. If 8 holds all the food and water from the shoots, the they should get it from the vault

It is not just a war story but also intergalactic politics where Earth is seen as an uncivilized and not intelligent being, thus at the bottom of the food chain. I find that the politics side is a bigger factor in the story, as Earth tries to proof itself better than their supposed Alien handlers.
